Forgalis TradingJournal now publishes its product and support documentation in an AI-readable format alongside the normal browser manual.
The goal is straightforward: give AI assistants and other tools a public, maintained source for current FTJ information without making that knowledge depend on one specific AI product.
A public source for current FTJ guidance
The machine-readable documentation covers the same public product and support topics used across the FTJ manual and support knowledge, including setup, trade logging, CSV/XLSX import, cTrader/MT4/MT5 broker sync, Dashboard and Reports, backups, privacy and troubleshooting.
- FTJ documentation: the normal browser manual.
- AI-readable docs: a concise machine-readable index.
- Full AI reference: the complete public machine-readable product and support reference.
What this changes, and what it does not
These files are documentation, not a new cloud service or chatbot. They do not receive your journal database, trades or screenshots. Forgalis TradingJournal remains local-first, and your journal data stays in the active local database on your Windows PC.
The new format simply makes the public FTJ documentation easier for AI tools to discover and read when they need current product information.
Where to find FTJ support information
FTJ is retiring the in-app shortcut to its Custom GPT as part of version 1.1.26. The public FTJ manual remains the direct place to find product guidance, while the Full AI reference makes the same maintained public support knowledge available for AI tools that can read it.
The original Support Assistant was a ChatGPT-specific service. The public documentation is the long-term source, without requiring a particular assistant or plugin.
This keeps FTJ support knowledge public, current and easier to use across different AI tools instead of tying it to one assistant format.
